Jiangsu Shuanghui Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of power fittings for voltage levels including DC ±1100kV and below, as well as AC 1000kV and below. Its main products cover power fittings, composite insulators, transformers, electrical switchgear cabinets, diesel generators and other power equipment. The company has three subsidiaries: Shuangbao Company, mainly responsible for the composite insulator business; Shuangxin Company, focusing on the transformer sector; and Huadong Company, specializing in the diesel generator business.
Closely following the construction of State Grid Corporation of China, the company has supplied over 10,000 kilometers of 500kV series power fittings cumulatively, and participated in the construction of 750kV, ±800kV and 1000kV transmission lines. With excellent quality and reliable performance, its products have won deep trust from customers. The company also participated in the construction of the ±1100kV Changji-Guquan UHV DC transmission line, which boasts the world's highest voltage level, largest transmission capacity, longest transmission distance and most advanced technical level, successfully completing the State Grid construction tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity.
Actively exploring domestic and international markets, the company is one of the key suppliers to State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid. It has also successfully supplied products to overseas power companies such as Tokyo Electric Power Company (Japan), SaskPower (Canada), Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (the United States), Vietnam Electricity Group, Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Indonesia) and Sarawak Energy Berhad (Malaysia). In collaboration with renowned international engineering companies at home and abroad, it has undertaken the design and supply of EHV line fittings and substation fittings in countries including Myanmar, Laos, Pakistan, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan and Ecuador.
