On the morning of August 16, Wu Tingting, General Manager of Anhui Paxson Doors and Windows, led a delegation to visit the Chamber. She held in-depth discussions with Liu Zhizhong, President of the Chamber, Huang Mingxi, Executive Vice President, and Zhao Wen, Secretary-General. On the afternoon of August 16, the Chamber held talks with a delegation led by Liu Zhenyuan, President of the Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan. Liu Zhizhong emphasized adhering to the "Three Persistences": Party building leadership, win-win cooperation, and repaying society, and expressed expectations for joint development with the Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan. Liu Zhenyuan shared the economic and trade opportunities in Uzbekistan under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the achievements of Anhui enterprises’ participation. Both parties reached initial intentions on regular communication, enterprise mutual visits, and joint market expansion, which will support the overseas development of Anhui enterprises.

On the morning of August 17, Liu Xintian, Chairman of Anhui Ruineng Technology, led a delegation to visit the Chamber. Liu Zhizhong introduced the Chamber’s achievements in promoting Anhui enterprises to expand into the Latin American market and expressed willingness to cooperate with high-quality enterprises. Liu Xintian detailed the enterprise’s development plan and demands for layout in the Latin American new energy market. They gained an on-the-spot understanding of the enterprises’ overseas operation status and development plans, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precise services and cooperation promotion. At the forum with Anhui Ring New Group, Jin Ming, Director and Deputy General Manager of Ring New Group, detailed the production and operation status of the group’s Mexican factory and various practical problems encountered. President Liu Zhizhong stated that the Chamber has always cared about the development of hometown enterprises. In the future, it will give full play to its role as a bridge and link, sort out specific needs to form solutions, and strive to solve overseas development difficulties.
This series of mutual visits not only strengthened the strategic connection between the Chamber and enterprises but also empowered cooperation upgrading through spiritual inheritance. Next, the Chamber will continue to deepen services with the "camel spirit" and forge ahead with the new Huishang spirit, focusing on advancing three key tasks: First, deepen the construction of a transnational and cross-regional cooperation network and improve the service ecosystem for enterprises going global; second, establish a dynamic tracking mechanism for the "Overseas-going Enterprise Directory" and a full-process implementation guide, providing core services such as policy interpretation, compliance guidance, supply-demand matching, and financial support for enterprises’ "going global"; third, enhance enterprises’ confidence and strength in going global through measures such as analysis and judgment, transnational research, and collaborative support, contributing more to promoting the high-quality export-oriented development of the regional economy.
