Chairman Defines Three-dimensional Orientation to Build a Cross-border Cooperation Ecosystem

Throughout the above inspection activities, the speech delivered by Liu Zhizhong, President of the Anhui General Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, served as a summary of the core spirit of this cross-border docking event in the new energy industry. Based on the positioning of a bridge, focusing on platform functions and emphasizing collaborative effectiveness, his speech was reflected in the following three aspects:

1.Taking "Bridge" as the Mission to Promote Two-way Resource Connection

President Liu Zhizhong emphasized that the chamber of commerce will "continue to play its role as a bridge and link", echoing the original purpose of this inspection tour of "building a bridge for connecting high-quality resources between China, Kazakhstan and other regions at home and abroad". This reflects that the chamber of commerce not only facilitates technical and market dialogue between China and Kazakhstan in the fields of energy storage, charging and photovoltaics, but also commits to extending cooperation to broader overseas markets such as Mexico, forming a cross-regional and multi-dimensional resource connection network to truly realize "technology sharing and market co-development".

2.Taking "Platform" as the Carrier to Build a Long-term Cooperation Mechanism

The president proposed to "take this docking as an opportunity to build a cross-border cooperation platform", indicating that the chamber of commerce is not satisfied with the achievements of a single inspection tour, but aims to establish a normalized and institutionalized cooperation framework. This not only echoes the proposal of Baohe ETDZ to "promote the establishment of a regular communication mechanism between the two sides", but also provides sustainable organizational support for the subsequent alignment of technical standards, customized product development and project implementation among enterprises, helping "win-win benefits" move from consensus to practice.

3.Taking "Collaboration" as the Path to Empower Industrial Win-win Development

The statements in the speech, such as "linking high-quality overseas resources" and "promoting in-depth collaboration among multiple parties in various fields", highlight the chamber of commerce's overall vision and integration capabilities. This positioning goes beyond bilateral cooperation between two countries, organically combining Kazakhstan's resource advantages, China's technological strength and the market channel network of Mexico and other regions to form a collaborative effect of Belt and Road cooperation, providing systematic support for enterprises to expand their international layout, and truly fulfilling the vision of "upholding the original purpose of the chamber of commerce and exploring the future together".

In summary, President Liu Zhizhong's speech runs through the logical thread of "from docking to achievement, from single-point cooperation to ecosystem construction, and from consensus to joint construction". It not only sublimates the achievements of this inspection tour, but also points out a practical path of "chamber of commerce providing the platform, enterprises taking the lead, and multiple parties achieving win-win results" for the subsequent cross-border new energy cooperation.
